By accessing or using Sports Biz IQ, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Sports Biz IQ is an entertainment and educational sports-business trivia product. Questions, explanations, statistics, and other content are provided for general information only. They are not financial, legal, investment, betting, or professional advice.

An account is optional. If you create one, you are responsible for maintaining access to your email or third-party sign-in account and for activity associated with your account. Your leaderboard handle must not impersonate others, infringe rights, or contain abusive or unlawful material.

You may not:

• automate gameplay, manipulate scores, or abuse leaderboards;
• probe, disrupt, overload, reverse engineer, or bypass security controls protecting the service;
• use the service to violate law or another person's rights;
• scrape, reproduce, or commercially redistribute substantial portions of our question bank or product without permission.

Sports Biz IQ, its design, software, original questions, explanations, branding, and other product materials are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Sports, league, team, company, and product names may be trademarks of their respective owners. Their appearance does not imply endorsement.

We work to keep questions accurate and properly sourced, but sports-business facts can change and errors may occur. We may correct, replace, archive, or remove content and adjust affected results when reasonably necessary.

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of Sports Biz IQ and may limit access to protect the service or its users. We do not guarantee that every daily round, feature, or account record will always be available.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, availability, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sports Biz IQ and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, goodwill, or opportunities arising from use of the service.

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access when these terms are violated, the service is abused, or action is reasonably needed to protect users or the product.

We may update these terms as the service evolves. Continued use after an updated effective date means you accept the revised terms.
